Makeup Artist Tip #1: Eyeliner tips
Don't use eyeliner around the entire eye, it makes them look smaller. Intead, use your eyeliner on the top lashes and use a dark eyehadow on the outer half of the bottom lashes. This will still give you definition, without the panda eye look!
